Together with a motivated team, you will implement innovative solutions that significantly influence the success of our customers and at the same time drive digital transformation.Your tasks: Supporting our customers in defining integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.Assume overall responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an interface between the customer and the development team (onshore/nearshore/offshore).Competent advice to our customers when setting up company-wide CRM platforms with regard to technical implementation.Responsibility for the structured recording of customer requirements within the framework of our CRM project approach model.Leverage Avanade's internal assets, tools, and best practices in application lifecycle management for D365 CE, including data management and data model validation tools, and DevOps YAML pipelines as customizable starting points for each project.Application of proven test frameworks such as Avanade UI Automation with Specflow (BDD - Human Readable Automated Testcases) and use of proven test strategies.Supporting sales in relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert.Taking over the leadership of the project team in the development of future-proof solution concepts.
