Develop and customise MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business needs. Optimise CRM processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system. Ensure the integration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes. A successful MS Dynamics 365 CRM professional should have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven expertise in designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Strong understanding of CRM customisation and integration processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in the professional services industry, especially accountancy practices, is a plus.
