Responsibilities:
Achieve annual sales and margin targets for assigned customers and territory.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with core customers by understanding their needs.Actively engage in customer business planning and decision-making.Provide timely service, agronomic advice, and business solutions, coordinating with specialists as needed.Identify and develop qualified sales leads and growth opportunities.Maintain accurate customer files in CRM.Represent the organization at tradeshows and relevant industry events.Collaborate with store, administrative, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
