Responsibilities:


  • Achieve annual sales and margin targets for assigned customers and territory.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with core customers by understanding their needs.

  • Actively engage in customer business planning and decision-making.

  • Provide timely service, agronomic advice, and business solutions, coordinating with specialists as needed.

  • Identify and develop qualified sales leads and growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate customer files in CRM.

  • Represent the organization at tradeshows and relevant industry events.

  • Collaborate with store, administrative, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Agriculture or a related business field.

  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or Professional Agriculture designation considered an asset.
