Be the Voice of Our Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cross Border Rep to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to spearhead the development of new projects for intra Mexico loads while also managing cross-border logistics for ground transportation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics industry in Mexico, with a strong track record in carrier management and sales.

What You'll Do

• Assist with track & trace activities, ensuring accurate shipment visibility and timely communication with customers.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics support, including assisting with documentation, scheduling, and operational follow-ups to ensure seamless movement of goods between Mexico and other countries.
• Collaborate with the sales and carrier teams to support ongoing operations, coverage needs, and service continuity for Mexico and U.S. loads.
• Maintain service documentation, reports, and internal records to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
• Stay informed on logistics processes, operational best practices, and service standards to continuously improve customer experience.
