Crs Facility Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides end to end facilities operations support including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities.
- Delivery of major/most complex construction projects within the region.
- Provision of advices, assistance to in-country CRS teams on construction related matters as required including budgeting and scope of works.
- Implementation of sustainability/benchmarking and external certification on major projects.
- Taking significant role on global design and construction initiatives as agreed with design and construction head.
- Taking lead role in organizing including the implementation and co-ordination of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) pre-assessment and certification framework agreement.
- Taking lead role in organizing including the implementation and co-ordination of the PM/Architectural/Major Expenditure Proposal (MEP) Services Framework Agreement.
