- Enter and accurately process customer orders through the relevant systems.
- Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers regarding their orders.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.
- Monitor order status and manage pending orders effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
