Job Description
  • Enter and accurately process customer orders through the relevant systems.

  • Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers regarding their orders.

  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.

  • Monitor order status and manage pending orders effectively.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
