Job Description
Enter and accurately process customer orders through the relevant systems.
Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers regarding their orders.
Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.
Monitor order status and manage pending orders effectively.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
