Provide daily EHS support to CS managers to maintain a continuous safe working environment.Support the Visible Safety Leadership program by enabling CS managers to perform periodic safety walks and report outcomes via Gemba forms.Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions according to the training matrix (e.g., LOTO, Working at Height, Contractor Safety, SAPW).Process accidents, incidents, and near misses in the Intelex Safety Management System, supporting management in ownership of the process.Conduct weekly on-site safety inspections per customer site cluster according to the Intelex Audit program and follow up with relevant CS managers.Participate in Daily Kaizen meetings to gather engineers’ feedback and deliver safety talks when needed (at least once per site cluster per week).Review Project Safety Plans (PSP) for installation, relocation, and upgrade projects.Support the Integr...
