Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support tender technical proposals, methodologies, and schedules
  • Review C&S drawings, calculations, and propose value engineering solutions
  • Assist PD/PM in planning, monitoring site progress, and resolving technical issues
  • Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Provide technical guidance to supervisors and ensure safe work procedures

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Knowledge of local codes/regulations, BIM is a plus
  • 3–7 years' experience in Singapore construction industry
