Experience
- A minimum of 2yrs Experience as Customer Service Team Leader is REQUIRED.
- Longer experience is a plus.
- Preferably with background in Gaming Industry is a plus
- Preferably with Voice/Chat and Email Experience.
Required skills/abilities:
- Willing and able to work on Shifting Schedule.
- Willing to work in a Gaming Industry
- Willing and able to work ONSITE / In-Office Daily.
- Experienced in handling Voice/Chat and Email Line of Business.
- Has deep understanding of Contact Center / Call Centers – Customer Service.
