Job Description

Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages
Manage and support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) in their roles to successfully deliver the CSA scope on a fast track and technical project
Manage site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Safety Team
Manage and drive a strong culture with regards Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental matters within your team
Planning and monitoring of procurement, design, engineering, and installation aspects for all CSA works
Develop a project delivery strategy for the CSA work. Support the commercial team to create 'Scope of Work' documents and sub-contract packages for sub-contract enquiries and appointments
Requirements
Relevant Construction degree qualification or similar
At least 7 years of CSA construction site experience
Strong background in managing and successfully completing CSA work packages
