(CSA) Cost Manager - Data Centre

Role Summary

As a Cost Manager for Data Centre Projects with a CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) focus, you will support the delivery of cost management services across data‑centre builds, site development, superstructure works, and architectural packages. You will be responsible for pre‑contract estimating, procurement support, cost planning, and post‑contract cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

• Demonstrate solid understanding of pre‑contract and post‑contract cost management processes.
• Support cost estimating, budgeting, and cost planning for CSA elements, including civil works, structural works, building envelope, and architectural finishes.
• Assist with tendering and procurement activities such as preparing tender documents, reviewing bids, conducting tender analyses, and compiling contract documents.
