Join to apply for the CSA Design Area Manager role at CAP INGELEC

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a CSA Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid.

Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our civil engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the CSA design team.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the CSA design team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement
  • Managing CSA design projects, including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables
  • Optimizing resources and organization, ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources to meet cost, quality and deadline objectives
  • Driving performance and continuous improvement, including reporting, implementation of best practices, and promotion of quality, safety and environmental standards
  • Ensuring technical excellence and innovation, by monitoring regulatory and technological developments and deploying new methods and solutions in mechanical engineering
  • Acting as a key interface, coordinating with internal departments and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients and partners
Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in the design and delivery of industrial building projects .
  • Recognized for your leadership, interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a demanding and collaborative environment. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international, multicultural context.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
