Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To understand Project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
  • To coordinate the overall coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
  • To review for discrepancy between architectural and structural drawings.
  • To ensure the constructions are as per the approved design and use of materials etc.
  • To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers, consultants and customers.
  • To coordinate the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.
  • To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures when required.
  • To check and review all engineering calculations are conforming to relevant standards code of practice for works such as temporary formwork and scaffold working platforms, temporary sheet piling and other forms of showing etc.
