- Lead CSA scope from pre‑construction through completion, ensuring project objectives relating to scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met.
- Develop CSA project plans aligned with overall project timelines and client objectives.
- Oversee contractor execution of structural, architectural, and site works, ensuring adherence to design intent and programme milestones.
- Manage CSA design reviews with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
- Ensure CSA designs integrate effectively with MEP systems and mission‑critical infrastructure requirements.
- Verify compliance with codes, regulations, and authority requirements for data centre builds.
- Manage early works packages including piling, pile caps, in‑ground services, and site logistics.
