Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer sites as required, often on short notice.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Native Spanish fluency, English knowledge.
