Responsibilities

  • Install, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Travel to customer sites as required, often on short notice.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • Native Spanish fluency, English knowledge.
