Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive (CSE) based in Kolkata, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The CSE will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical and service-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer emails, calls, and chats, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with the internal team to ensure effective problem-solving and service delivery.
