Role Summary


Build and enhance Customer Service Management solutions for external customer support operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Configure Case Management, accounts, and contacts

  • Implement entitlement-based SLAs

  • Customize Agent Workspace and Customer Portal

  • Automate case routing and escalation

  • Support omni-channel case intake
