Serve as a first contact for handling claims primarily by phone, meeting call KPIs, collaborating in team huddles, learning about Sentry business units, and job shadowing.

Sentry is seeking motivated college students for our Part-Time College Student Program within their Customer Service & Operations (CS&O) organization. This program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and exposure to the insurance industry as a possible long-term career path. The program encourages a learning mindset through training opportunities, business unit overviews, job shadowing, and networking aligned to students’ career interests.
