CSOD Techno‑Functional Consultant (7–8 Years)



Location: India (Hybrid)



Role Type: Full-time | Techno‑Functional | LMS/LXP



**Role Summary**



We are seeking a highly skilled Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Techno‑Functional Consultant with 7–8 years of experience in LMS/LXP implementations, configuration, and support. The role combines platform expertise, integrations, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable enterprise learning solutions.



**Key Responsibilities**



**1. CSOD Configuration & Administration**



Configure and support CSOD Learning: Curricula, ILT/VILT, Events/Sessions, Certifications, Catalogs, Portals/Pages, Email Templates.



Manage content operations including SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, and content testing/debugging.



Handle release management: impact analysis, regression testing, feature enablement.



**2. Integrations & Technical Operations**



Implement and support integrations with HRIS (Workday/SAP/Oracle) using SFTP, Edge Import, REST/SOAP APIs.



Configure and troubleshoot SSO via SAML/OAuth (Azure AD/Okta/Ping).



Lead data mapping, validation, transformations, and error resolution.



**3. Reporting & Analytics**



Build compliance and learning reports using Reporting 2.0 / Insights.



Provide analytics on adoption, learning impact, and program performance.



Support dashboards and KPI tracking for business stakeholders.



**4. Project Delivery & Support**



Work with business teams to gather requirements, create solution designs, and maintain documentation.



Lead UAT cycles, cutover, go‑live, and post‑production support.



Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with CSOD Support as needed.



**Required Skills & Experience**



7–8 years of experience in LMS/LXP; 4+ years hands‑on in CSOD Learning.



Strong experience in Edge Import, Security Roles, SSO, and API-based integrations.



Solid understanding of learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).



Proficient with SQL, Excel, JSON/XML for API review.



Strong communication, requirement gathering, and client-facing capabilities.



Analytical and problem-solving mindset.



Strong stakeholder management.



Experience working in Agile delivery environments.



**Good-to-Have Certifications**



**Cornerstone Certified Administrator – Learning (** preferred).



CSOD Edge/Integration or equivalent badges.



Agile/Project Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe, PMP.



**Education**



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
