Overview
The Customer Support Representative/Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements. This includes the implementation and training of LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support. The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.
