Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails related to billing and account concerns.
  • Assist with payment issues, invoice reviews, and basic financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues while providing consistent follow-through.
  • Follow company policies and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related course.
  • 1+ year relevant experience (not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing or accounting processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Able to work in a blended (voice/non-voice) and fast-paced environment.
