ROLE OVERVIEW
Job Title: CSR/Admin (Hybrid Customer Support and Administration)
Time Zone: Align with Nick's operating hours (U.S. EST)
Start Date: Target 1 month from kickoff
Employment Model: To be selected (Direct Hire)
Hours: Full-time 40 hrs/week; flexible 25–45 hrs/week to match workload
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Replace answering service with professional, in-house client comms (calls, email, scheduling)
Manage inbox, calendar, and job scheduling; coordinate with field ops
Execute SOP-driven admin tasks and maintain up-to-date records
Support owner with day-to-day admin to enhance client experience and response times
HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent written and spoken English; confident phone and email handling
