ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Job Title: CSR/Admin (Hybrid Customer Support and Administration)

  • Time Zone: Align with Nick's operating hours (U.S. EST)

  • Start Date: Target 1 month from kickoff

  • Employment Model: To be selected (Direct Hire)

  • Hours: Full-time 40 hrs/week; flexible 25–45 hrs/week to match workload

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Replace answering service with professional, in-house client comms (calls, email, scheduling)

  • Manage inbox, calendar, and job scheduling; coordinate with field ops

  • Execute SOP-driven admin tasks and maintain up-to-date records

  • Support owner with day-to-day admin to enhance client experience and response times

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident phone and email handling
