Role Description

We are looking for a full-time remote CSR Director to lead and manage our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role involves overseeing customer relations, developing and maintaining partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and experience. The CSR Director will strategize and implement customer-centric CSR programs, resolve customer queries, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience design and enhancement
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and improving Customer Relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in CSR program development and management is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field
