*Assist customers with billing questions, plan upgrades, troubleshooting, and general inquiries



*Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly and professional manner



*Follow company procedures and achieve performance targets



*Deliver outstanding customer service at all times



Qualifications



*Senior High School graduate or higher (College Fresh Graduates Welcome)



*No BPO experience required — training will be provided



*Good communication skills (verbal and written)



*Basic computer skills and ability to multitask



*Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays



*Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset
