Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, or chat.



Provide timely and effective solutions, escalating concerns when needed to ensure quick resolution.



Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.



Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and helpful information.



Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.



Conduct basic troubleshooting when required.
