Overview
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in administrative and basic accounting tasks. This role handles customer support while assisting with documentation, data entry, invoicing, and record management.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document and update customer records accurately
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report support
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- CSR experience with admin and basic accounting exposure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
