As The Jamco Group team member you will be help to improve processes along with ensuring a best-in-class customs and logistics service on both sides of the border. You will work with other Jamco offices and an experienced team to help drive efficiencies and a better customer experience. A Customs Service Representative Coordinator will be focused on our direct customers service and have the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth and seamless filing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with client all customs documents required to clear shipment through any other Jamco office in Mexico Ports
- Receive from our customers any instruction and notification to move, clear and schedule shipments in Monterrey and any other Ocean Port
- Act as a Liaison between our customers and our partners in other Mexican customs ports to move cargo or clear customs.
