Job Description
CSR role and responsibility :
- Formulate CSR policy and strategy in light with legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements
- Plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, plan risk mitigation and have governance, audits & checks in place
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGO's, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR Program.
- Responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate.
- Monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program)
- Compile Quarterly & Financial reports on various projects
- CSR reporting to Board of Directors, CSR committee
- Create and design CSR content for Website.
- Identify financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation Plan
- Preparing MCA report & CSR annual report for various business entities
- End to end project management and monitoring
- Representing organisation at various events
- Good in communication Skill related to the projects being managed.
