CSR Strategy and Compliance Officer

CSR role and responsibility :

• Formulate CSR policy and strategy in light with legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements
• Plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, plan risk mitigation and have governance, audits & checks in place
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGO's, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR Program.
• Responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate.
• Monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program)
• Compile Quarterly & Financial reports on various projects
• CSR reporting to Board of Directors, CSR committee
• Create and design CSR content for Website.
• Identify financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation Plan
• Preparing MCA report & CSR annual report for various business entities
• End to end project management and monitoring
• Representing organisation at various events
• Good in communication Skill related to the projects being managed.
