About The Role

The CSR Supervisor (Customer Service Returns) is responsible for coordinating the processing of non-conforming materials returned by customers globally. This role oversees daily CSR operations, ensuring that processes are followed, productivity goals are met, and the team operates efficiently on the CSR floor. The CSR Supervisor also allocates manpower, provides leadership, and ensures accountability across all CSR activities.


What You Will Do

  • Implement and maintain efficient CSR processes to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight and guidance aligned with overall strategic objectives.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to support departmental and company initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of materials and accurate transfer of parts to subsequent teams.
  • Promote and maintain good housekeeping and organization within the CSR area.
