Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to Italian-speaking customers.
Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.
Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions.
Accurately document and manage customer interactions.
Act as a true brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.
What We Offer You
Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation with us, starting from your hiring date,a salary increase of 1100.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
After 3 years of employment, the gross salary increases to 1150.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
Night shift premium: +25% per hour
Sundays & public holidays: +75% per hour

What You Bring
Italian at C1 level (native or near-native proficiency).
English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
Good computer skills and adaptability to different tools and platforms.
Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
