CT Technologist - Matthews, NC

A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Radiology Technologist with expertise in CT imaging located in Matthews, NC. This contract position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule, providing a focused environment to apply advanced imaging skills within a busy emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures with precision in a high-volume freestanding emergency department recognized as a teaching hospital and trauma center.
• Provide imaging services that support diagnosis of varied patient conditions in both emergency and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing and transport teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including use of Siemens and GE imaging equipment and EPIC electronic medical records.
• Adhere to departmental workflows and participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of radiologic technology experience preferred.
• Certification and licensure credentials relevant to modality: BLS required; ARRT(R) certification for radiologic and CT technologists. Dual modality or additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented, patient care-focused environment.
• Must have photo ID for compliance purposes; NC state licensure not required.
• Comfortable working the 12-hour night shift schedule (6:30 pm7:00 am).
