We're Hiring a Founding CTO | AI Voice Agent Startup (Remote with Equity)

At JobTalk.ai , we're building the future of recruiting with AI voice agents that make 100s of intelligent, real-time calls every day — sourcing, screening, and scheduling without human intervention.

We're looking for a CTO who's not just looking for a job, but a co-founder seat at the table.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience

  • Strong Python skills for building and scaling AI voice agents

  • Deep understanding of TTS/STT (e.g., ElevenLabs, Cartesia)

  • Real-time audio processing, latency optimization , interruption handling

  • Caching strategies for cost-effective TTS (e.g., Redis/RAG-based retrieval)

  • Experience scaling to 100s of simultaneous calls

  • Expertise in WebRTC , peer-to-peer voice systems

  • Knowledge of function calling , live agent transfers, automated SMS/Email/WhatsApp

  • Experience with SaaS architecture , multi-tenant design , Docker

Bonus Points:

  • Previous startup or founding team experience

  • Knowledge of answering machine detection

  • Experience deploying LLMs + prompt engineering

  • ex-CTOs of failed startups — we welcome you!
