Job Description
Define and drive the long-term technology roadmap for the businessLead digital transformation across retail formats, both physical and digitalStrong command over retail systems including POS, CRM, HRMS (no ERP currently), and SalesforceDrive e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives to enhance customer experienceOversee data management, analytics, forecasting, and system integrationCoordinate closely with software vendors and internal teams for seamless tech operationsEnsure IT infrastructure reliability, performance, and cybersecurity complianceBuild and mentor an in-house technology team; instill a culture of ownershipReport directly to the Director and MD; handle strategic tech initiativesFit into a traditional, flat-structured, office-first culture with close CXO interactionThe Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience leading tech teams in retail, jewellery, luxury, or consumer sectorsProven expertise in omnichannel retail systems and digital platformsStrong understanding of CRM, HRMS, POS, Salesforce, and tech integrationsExperience managing vendor relationships and scaling tech teamsComfortable working in a promoter-led, high-accountability environmentLeadership mindset with hands-on ability and strategic foresight
