CTO - Robotics/ AI/ ML (Medtronics)

Responsibilities:

● Lead all R&D in Chennai

○ Robotics, AI/ML, embedded, mechanical, and electrical engineering

● Hands-on system architecture and development

○ Prototype, test, iterate, and deploy

● Technical liaison with Client

○ Participate in joint technical reviews

○ Coordinate workshare and documentation under the JDA

● IP discipline

○ Maintain idea logs and technical documentation

○ Support patentable innovation and defensible IP creation

● Build and scale the Chennai R&D team

Good to Have:

● Engineer with a Master’s degree (M.Tech / MS or equivalent) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science (AI / ML / Robotics)

● Degree must be from a Tier-1 Indian engineering institution or an equivalent global university.
