Job Responsibilities:  

• Learn and master Energy/Commodity Trading & Risk Management (E/CTRM) products for business & technology consulting.  

• Partner with capSpire consultants globally and client business teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements  

• Translate the client’s business requirements into functional & system design  

• Verify feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements  

• Analyse, resolve problems and drive improvements of technology solutions  

• Responsible for requirements, to design, to test, to operations & support  

• High-quality principles while delivering solutions   

• Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation  

• Validate solutions implemented, support users during verification phase, end-user training  

• Expand your industry knowledge, contribute to the development of capSpire’s consulting capabilities and effectively articulate our key business propositions to clients  

Required Skills/Experience  

• The position requires a unique blend of business savvy and communication skills
• Strong academic record
• 1 to 4 years of working experience
• Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Interest and willingness to explore a consulting career
• Exposure to an Object Orientated programming like Java or .Net/C# is a must have skill
• Experience with relational databases: data modelling and SQL is a must have skill
• Exposure to multiple integration development tools and support is a plus
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub and Azure pipelines is a plus
• Understanding of Energy domain and E/CTRM is a plus
• Willingness to travel
