CTRM Implementation Consultant

The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for translating customer business processes into CTRM product configurations, ensuring successful design, data load, build, testing, training, and go‑live of the solution. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, product vendor, project manager, QA and support teams to ensure on time and within budget quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & delivery: Lead full lifecycle implementation of CTRM software solutions i.e. from requirements to post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Work closely with the project manager to execute project plans, manage risks, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Perform detailed business process analysis, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
