Responsibilities

  • Support: Monitor apps, analyze logs/SQL data, and manage tickets (JIRA/ServiceNow).
  • Dev: Fix bugs and implement minor code enhancements.
  • Liaison: Coordinate between business users (Traders/Risk) and technical teams.
  • Process: Follow Agile methodologies and participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in a technical field (CS, IT, or Engineering).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Object‑Oriented Programming (Java, Python, C#) and SQL/Databases.
  • Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work shifts and on‑call to support 24/7 trading systems.
