Position Summary
Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved and maintained through exceptional equipment set-up, performance, and technical services. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role and is critical to successful relationship between CANPACK and our customers.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
· Qualify CANPACK 2-Piece Aluminum Cans and Ends at customer sites ensuring all specification are met through the applicable double seam equipment.
· Provide customers with professional service and expertise in resolution of any mechanical issues related to their double seam equipment.
· Support customers in resolution to packaging performance, quality, or field complaints.
· Carry out regular customer visits, complete line / product audits and make recommendations for improvement.
· Provide customer training on can handling and seams as required.
