As a Service Coordinator, you will

▪ Acts as the primary contact for FSEs and customers for planning
▪ Working together with the customer success center to deliver on the SLA.
▪ Create work orders for Ad Hoc maintenance▪ Communicate and plan customer visits as per FSE availability, skills and plan dispatch schedule(s) 
▪ Follow up on open work orders, track parts and commissioning which require labor intervention
▪ May serve as a dedicated key account planner for specific, high-priority customers & customers with multiple sites (health care providers, transportation companies etc.)
▪ Used tools to complete daily task.
