About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to drive one of our major revenue channels in the US market.
This individual will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing daily operations, ensuring revenue delivery, and leading a high-performance team.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-scale environments, has operated revenue channels of $75–100M+ ARR, and can balance strategic foresight with sharp execution.
Target scale: ₹130 Cr → ₹350 Cr annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities
● Own end-to-end US operations and revenue delivery across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, delivery,
retention, and renewals.
● Drive predictable month-on-month revenue while improving efficiency and unit economics.
● Identify patterns, constraints, and root causes across the funnel and solve them at a system level.
● Design and scale processes, operating rhythms, incentives, and org structures that enable growth.
● Lead a lean, high-impact team (~50 members) with strong accountability and outcomes.
● Use data rigorously to track performance, diagnose issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders like
marketing/curriculum/teacher team to solve inefficiencies.
● Act as the final owner during escalations, crises, and cross-functional trade-offs.
Who We're Looking For
● 8+ years of experience in operations, revenue ownership, or general management roles.
● Proven experience running or scaling large revenue businesses (₹100 → 500 Cr+ / $40 → 100M+ ARR or
equivalent).
● At least 3 years in the last organization solving a large, complex problem at scale (growth, turnaround,
funnel rebuild, or efficiency transformation).
● Strong depth in analytics, structured problem-solving, and system design.
● Comfortable operating in ambiguity, high pressure, and high growth environments.
● Willing to work US hours and travel to the US for ~2-3 months annually.
