POSITION TITLE: Culinary Lab Assistant 

DEPARTMENT: Business Experiential Education

PRIMARY LOCATION: Fall River, MA

REPORTS TO: Associate Professor of Culinary Arts

POSITION STATUS: This is a part-time, non-unit position without benefits, not to exceed 18.5 hours per week

SALARY: $20.79/hr



STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

A culinary laboratory assistant (lab aid) is a professional cook who helps in preparing instructional materials used during kitchen laboratory work. A culinary lab aid assists in the day-to-day operations of the culinary kitchen following the procedure set forth by Bristol Community College's Culinary Arts Department Chair.
