About the Role

This position oversees food and beverage/culinary operations, including restaurants/bars, room service, purchasing, banquets/catering, stewarding and employee cafeteria. Ensures sanitation and food standards are maintained.


Main Responsibilities

  • Led a kitchen management team to ensure proper supervision of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
  • Develops strategies that deliver products meeting customer needs while growing revenues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers efficiently. They will develop strategic plans to meet customer demands while driving revenue growth through effective menu planning and resource allocation.
