Junior Sous Chef Role

This is a unique opportunity to support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Sous Chef in planning, preparing, and cooking menu items to meet quality standards.
  1. A passion for cooking with creativity, consistency, and attention to detail is required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as part of a team within a commercial kitchen setting. Experience working under pressure would be advantageous but not essential.
