Position Type:
- Full-Time Pay: $19/hour Reports To: Cultivation Manager Role Summary: The Cultivation Technician I will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our cultivation facility.
- This entry-level position is instrumental in managing the early stages of our cannabis production, including propagation, as well as overseeing daily plant care activities throughout the vegetative and flowering cycles.
- The technician will also participate in harvesting, post-harvest processing, and packaging, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all cultivation areas.

- Plant Propagation: Execute effective propagation techniques to ensure a robust start for all plants.
