About the Role Our Cultivation Technicians are integral to the day-to-day operations of our cultivation facility. This role involves hands-on tasks related to the growth and maintenance of cannabis plants throughout their lifecycle, from cloning to flowering. The Cultivation Technician ensures that plant care standards are met, grow bays are maintained, and all activities are performed in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
