Role Overview

As a Currency Trader Intern, you will gain practical exposure to the global forex market. You’ll be trained to analyse major currency pairs, monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic factors, and execute trades in a risk-managed environment. The internship is designed for individuals passionate about trading currencies and understanding international financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse major and minor currency pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, USD/INR, etc.) for short-term and swing trades

2. Monitor economic indicators, central bank policies, and geopolitical news impacting FX markets

3. Study chart patterns, technical indicators, and market sentiment to build trade setups

4. Execute demo/live trades with guidance from experienced mentors

5. Prepare daily market outlook reports and trade review journals

6. Learn risk management techniques, position sizing, and trading psychology specific to forex

7. Assist in developing strategies using both technical and fundamental insights

Who Should Apply?

1. Students or recent grads in Finance, International Business, Economics, or related fields

2. Strong interest in currency markets, macroeconomics, and global financial systems

3. Familiarity with forex trading platforms like MetaTrader, TradingView, or cTrader

4. Good analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail

5. Previous experience in paper trading or mock currency challenges is a plus
