Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and review high-quality training curriculum, learning materials, and assessments.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to create engaging, learner-centered training experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and learning effectiveness.
  • Conduct focus group discussions with SMEs and align curriculum with organizational goals and competency frameworks.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and refine content based on learner & trainer feedback and data.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in learning design, instructional technology, and GenAI-enhanced learning.

Required Qualifications

  • ACLP or ACTA certification (mandatory).
  • Experience or professional certification in Generative AI or Soft Skills facilitation/development.
