Responsibilities
- Responsible for one learning domain
- Design a coherent, progressive, and inclusive curriculum that meets the diverse learning needs of Metta students
- Ensure curriculum alignment with school mission and desired student outcomes
- Develop clear learning progressions that support mastery, generalisation, and independence
- Develop and curate curriculum resources, teaching materials, and assessment tools
- Collaborate with Curriculum Developers of other domains to ensure holistic curriculum planning, ie, minimal overlap, with optimal opportunities for learning reinforcement across subjects
- Source appropriate resources, including learning applications and digital learning platforms, to support the delivery of the curriculum
- Work closely with teachers to translate curriculum into practical lesson plans and classroom practices
- Monitor curriculum implementation and seek feedback proactively
